25
Q

MAPK drug reactions

A

BRAF = “RAF” eg dabrafenib
Think skin ca – photosensitivity, eruptive naevi, KA/SCC, acral erythema

MEK = “MET” eg trametinib
Hair/skin/nails = Acne, hair growth, onycholysis/paronychia
Both – morbilliform, alopecia areata, panniculitis

26
Q

Immune checkpoint inhibitor reactions

A

Immune checkpoint inhibitors
Anti CTLA4 = ipilimumab
Anti PD1 = Nivo, pembro (usually worse for drug reactions)

Skin
Papulosquamous – eczema, lichenoid, PSO, pruritis
Autoimmune – vitiligo, BP, SCLE/DM, vasculitis, sarcoid, panniculitis, neutrophilic dermatoses
Skin cancer – eruptive KAs
Drug reaction – morbilliform, DRESS, SJS/TEN, AGEP
Hair – repigmentation of grey hair, AA
Oral - ulcers
