Describe the engine oil system.

A

Wet sump, high pressure system for lubrication and cooling.
Has a 8 quart sump capacity that oil is drawn from and run through a cooler.
Cooler is bypassed when oil temp is less than 170°F or less than 18psi.
Once cooled, it is then filtered and dispersed through the nozzles.
Also directed towards propeller governor for control.
