Angostura
Trinidad bitters, made from Rum, gentian, vegetable spices and coloring. Brown Red in color. Served as aperitif.
Amer Picon
French bitter，made from orange flavored spirit, light red color, served as aperitif
Aperol
Italian bitter，made from sweet and bitter oranges, herbs and roots, orange red color， served as aperitif
Campari
Italian bitters, made from spirit flavoured with herbs, fruit and spices. Red color, Served as aperitif.
Fernet Branca
Italian bitter, made from spirit flavoured with over 40 herbs, fruits and spices, aromatic and particularly strongly flavoured, aged in oak for over one year. Dark brown color. Served as digestive.
