A Greek spirit favoured with Aniseed, colourless

A high alcohol French spirit flavoured with anise, wormwood herbs and other plants
Angostura
Trinidad bitters, made from Rum, gentian, vegetable spices and coloring. Brown Red in color. Served as aperitif.
Amer Picon
French bitter,made from orange flavored spirit, light red color, served as aperitif
Aperol
Italian bitter,made from sweet and bitter oranges, herbs and roots, orange red color, served as aperitif
Campari
Italian bitters, made from spirit flavoured with herbs, fruit and spices. Red color, Served as aperitif.
Fernet Branca
Italian bitter, made from spirit flavoured with over 40 herbs, fruits and spices, aromatic and particularly strongly flavoured, aged in oak for over one year. Dark brown color. Served as digestive.
Jagermeister
Strictly a liqueur, but usually listed with bitters, make from 56 herbs, fruits,roots, juniper berries, citrus peel and many spices, matured in barrels for one year, served with ice cold

Spirit made in Mexico from over ten varieties of Agave

Spirit made in Mexico from only one species of agave- Agave Tequila
Junmai-shu
It is pure rice Sake made solely from rice, water and koji
Honjozo-Shu
It is made from the seimaibuai and has a small amount of brewer’s alcohol added.

It is made from rice which has been ground down to 60 percent of its original volume

It is made from between 35 and 50 percent of the rice grain and is of the highest quality.
