information in tables.

Using spreadsheets makes storing data quicker, easier and more accurate.

Columns are:

What is a Cell Reference?
a cell reference is also known as the name of the cell. A cell reference is made up of the column(letter) and row(number).
What is data?
‘Data’ is the name for facts
and figures.
How can you organize data in a spreadsheet?
you can organize data in a structured format called ‘data table’ in spreadsheets

What is filtering?
When you filter a data table, the spreadsheet will only show records that match your filter criteria. Other records are hidden.
