an antagonistic muscle pair is a pair of muscles that work together but in opposite ways. while one muscle contracts, the other relaxes and vice versa.

the elbow is moved by either your bicep contracting or your tricep contracting.

poor diet resulting in poor health. Malnutrition can be caused by not eating enough, not eating enough of the right food or eating too much. Examples of malnutrition are obesity, anorexia and deficiency disorders.
