Extend neck and get shooting pain down spine
Conus medullaris vs Cauda equina
Conus:
- SYMMETRIC saddle anesthesia
- EARLY bladder dysfunction
- EARLY bowel/sexual dysfunction
Cauda:
- EARLY root pain radiating to legs
- leg weakness and decreased DTRs
Urinary problems

Spinal:
Sacral:
Frontal: inappropriate voiding
Spinal: inappropriate timing/coordination (Hypogastric from sympathetic-spastic bladder)
Sacral: flaccid toneless bladder (S2-S4)
