  • Difficult Assessment (Age, Intoxication, Altered conscious)

A
  1. Spinal cord injury above T6
  2. Acute swelling to spinal cord
  3. Reduced Sympathetic Tone
  4. Vasodilation
  5. Reduced sympathetic drive to Heart
  6. Decrease in Heart rate
  7. Overall reduction in cardiac output
  8. Shock
  9. Coma
  10. Death
