Used by the private sector. Confirms to legally standardized structure designed to ensure impartiality.
What are cooperative purchasing contracts? (pg 49)
Allows other organizations to buy from it (the fleet) without a re-bid. Agreements are not limited to governmental entities although smaller local governments often benefit greatly from partnering with a larger entity that has resources dedicated to verifying and researching product purchasing to make the best buying decision.
