A court order to perform a contract - it’s a mandatory injunction.

What are the requirements for specific performance?
A
- There must be a valid contract (or agreement of an existing contract)
- Terms must be sufficiently certain
- Conditions must be satisfied or excused
- Damages must be inadequate
- Relief must be equitable
- Enforcement must be feasible
