A

These are crimes committed against another person and clearly violate the right to human dignity, right to life and right to freedom and security in accordance with the constitution. they include:

  • Murder: the unlawful and intentional causing of death of another human being.
  • Culpable Homicide: The unlawful and negligent causing of death of another human being.
  • Assault: unlawfully and intentionally applying force to the person of another or aspiring belief when the force is imminent.
  • Assault with the intention to cause bodily harm
  • Assault involving serious physical injury.

  1. Crimes against another property
A

Considered as a violation of a persons right to property in accordance with the constitution:

  • Theft: unlawful and intentional appropriation of another’s property.
  • Robbery: unlawful and intentional theft by violence.
  • Housebreaking: with the intent to commit a crime, the unlawful breaking and entering into another’s property with the intent to commit a crime.
  • Malicious damage to property: unlawful and intentional damage to another’s property.
  • Arson: unlawfully setting an immoveable property on fire with the intent to injure another.

A

The state is sovereign and has a claim to its own preservation.

  • Treason: a person unlawfully and intentionally overthrowing/impair/ violates the security of the state.
  • Bribery: unlawfully and intentionally tendering and accepting private advantage as a reward for a performance of a duty.
  • Contempt of court: unlawfully an intentionally violating the dignity of the judicial body or interpreting in the administration of justice.
  • Perjury: unlawfully and intentionally making false statements before a court.

A

Some Acts violate community mores:

  • Rape: any person who unlawfully and intentionally commits an act of sexual penetration with a complainant without the consent of the complainant.
  • Incest: unlawful and intentional sexual activity between persons closely related by blood or marriage.
  • Bestiality: a person who unlawfully and intentionally commits a sexual act with an animal.
  • Public indecency: unlawful and intentional conduct in public that deprives the morals of others or the publics sense of decency.
