Screening Requirements

A

2 to 4 Affidavits.

Former Att. must serve on Former Firm, affidavit stating, he will not participate nor discuss with New Firm the Matter.

If requested, a second affidavit attesting to compliance upon final disposition.

Member of the New Firm must serve on Former Firm, affidavit providing firm is aware and describe procedures to effectuate screening.

If requested a second affidavit attesting to compliance upon final disposition.
