- Chest compressions and PPV(90:30/min)
- Consider intubation
- Epi 0.01-0.03mg/kg q3-5
- Consider D12.5 10ml/kg
- Consider shock(IVF/Blood 10ml/kg
Obstetric Emergency(>160/110 or 140-159/90-109) with HA, blurred vision, photophobia, hyperreflexia, epigastric pain)
Mag 4 g over 15 min
Obstetric Emergency: Vaginal bleeding present with tachycardia or orthostatic hypotension
2 g TXA then 1000 mL IVF
Mag for seizure
4 g IV or 5 mg IM in each buttocks
Can military personnel refuse treatment?
