What are some considerations when deciding to treat pt in hospital versus in the office?
- All in-office procedures have been exhausted
- Treatment plan determined with appropriate time limitations for procedures
- Financial arrangements
- Equipment and staffing (anesthesiologist, CRNA, nurse, dentist, dental assistant)
What is required to acquire hospital privileges?
Completion of GPR with documented completed OR cases

- Frequently multiple healthcare workers are involved
