• Spokane st. Swing bridge - 1 prolonged and 3 short shall open on signal
  -BNSF rail bridge- 1 long 1 short- open on signal, normally kept in open postition
• 1st ave south bridge- 3 long. Shall open on signal. Closed 0600-0900 and 1500-1800 M-F except federal holidays (except Columbus Day). No closure for vsl 5000gt and over
