To learn that the Most High has given us his word that he has written and inspired himself. The believer must apply and speak his Words to have any real power.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.
