What is Champagne?
Sparking wine originating from France, primarily consisting of blends of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. But also include Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Petit Meslier and Arbane.

Note: Intense but supple opening, revealing fresh aromas of fresh citrus and exotic fruits reminiscent of pineapples. The finish if mineral.

Note: A bright and invigorating wine with notes of fresh fruitcake, followed along with almond nuttiness and an exquisite sensation of sweetness.

Prosecco vs Champagne
Both are Sparkling wines so bubbly with high acidity, but come from different regions.
Champagnes originate from the Champagne region of France and Prosecco originates from the Veneto region of Italy.
Prosecco is a lot lighter than Champagne.
Prosecco is described more off-dry, and less bubbly as it is made from different grape varieties.

Explain Dessert Wine
Dessert Wines are very sweet wines that are typically serve with dessert or as a dessert on its own. The wines are often richer, sweeter and more concentrated than table wines, making them the perfect accompaniment to sweet dishes or as a delightful finale to a meal.
Explain Mosacto
Moscatos are an Italian sweet wine made from muscat grapes. It is typically white or rose wine with a lower alcohol content than a typical white wine. Moscatos are famous for their sweet fruity flavours typically of peaches and orange blossom.
They are often light-bodied and sweet, with fruity remenants of peach and orange blossom.
The floral aromas from Moscatos derive from a compound called linalool, an aromatic compound known to have sedative effects.

What is a Rose?
Rose is a dry, pink wine made from a red grape. It’s brighter more refreshing than many red wines.
The winemaker crushes grapes, and lets them sit in contact with the red skin before separating the pink juices form the skins.
