Describe Graciano
Graciano is a Spanish red wine grape that is grown primarily in Rioja. The vine produces a low yield that are normally harvested in late October. The wine produced is characterized by its deep red color, strong aroma and ability to age well. Graciano thrives in warm, arid climates. Wikipedia
Describe Maturana Tinta
Maturana Tinta is a variety with small compact clusters and small berries. A high concentration of phe- nolic compounds, especially anthocyanins, produces wines with deep, high intensity garnet color, high acidity and medium to alcohol levels. The 2020 is our first release of this limited wine.

Fino - aged under FLOR. Driest and palest.
Amontillado - aged under flor then exposed to oxygen. darker than Fino.
Manzanilla - fino sherry only made in the area of Sanlucar de Barrameda
Manzanilla Pasada - Manzanilla that has had extended aging. Richer/nuttier.
Oloroso - no flor. darker. more oxidation. higher alcohol.
Palo Cortado. - some BS involved here? developed as an amontillado and then moves closer to an Oloroso? Delicious but some controversy here.
