Legal sovereignty is when a body has sovereignty by law and in UK the law says that the Parliament has it in the UK

What’s an example of political sovereignty

A

its the government that makes most of the national laws, not the parliament/ the parliament could take the powers that it devolved to Scotland back but it is unlikely to do so.
