These drinks are more popular during the warmer months. The hotter the weather, the more often they are ordered. They are cool and refreshing, and have a semi-sweet tart issue.
Whiskey Sour
1 oz Whiskey
2 oz Sweet and Sour
Serve in a highball glass with ice. Cherry garnish.
** To make Stone Whiskey add Orange juice.
Margarita
Serve in a Highball or Margarita glass with ice.
1.0 oz Tequila
0.5 oz Triple Sec
1/8th oz Rose’s Sweet Lime juice
2 oz Sweet and Sour
Lime (Freshly squeezed)
Shake and serve. **Ask if they want it blended or on the rocks.
Amaretto Sour
1 oz Amaretto
2 oz Sweet and Sour
Serve in a highball glass. Cherry garnish.
Midori Sour
1 oz Midori
2 oz Sweet and Sour
Serve in highball glass. Cherry garnish.
Adios (AMF)
0.5 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Gin
0.5 oz Rum
0.5 oz Tequila
0.5 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Sweet and Sour
Top with 7-up
Serve in Collins glass. Lemon garnish.
Tokyo Tea
0.5 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Gin
0.5 oz Rum
0.5 oz Tequila

2 oz Sweet and Sour
Top with 7-up
