Trough
The very bottom of the bottom part of the wave
Crest
The very top of the wave
Amplitude
The distance from the rest position to the top of the wave(crest)
Frequency
If it has a high frequency then I means that it has many waves which are not very big ;however , if it is a low frequency then it means that it will have not many waves but they are very big.
Pinna
It collects the sound and sends it down the auditory canal
Ear canal
Where sound travels down to reach te eardrum
Eardrum
The eardrum takes the vibrations and sends them to the ossicles
Ossicles
Vibrate and cause the cochlea to vibrate
Cochlea
Turns the sound into electrical waves and sends them to the auditory nerve
Auditory nerve
Sends the electrical signals to the brain
