Ibuprofen 400mg TDS
if intolerant:
Paracetamol 1g QDS

DEMULCENTS LOZENGES
Glycerin, honey (e.g streusels, vocal zone)

TOPICAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORIES
benzydamine (difflam orał rinse/spray)

LOCAL ANAESTHETICS
Lidocaine - covonia throat spray
Benzocaine
