-CPCs must meet metering time within +/- 1 minute.
When an operational advantage can be realized meter times may be swapped between like-type a/c.

-CPC must notify the FLM/CIC when departure delay exceed 15 minutes. (calculated from the time a/c request departure clearance ready to depart until a/c departs.)
FLM/CIC must notify TMU when delays reach 15 min. as well as give reasons and update delay info in increments of 15 min.

  • TRACON TMU must inform ZDV TMU of RWY Config., airport acceptance rate, and RWY conditions.
  • TRACON TMU must not req. STAR changes for a/c within 75 NM of ZDV/D01 common boundary due to landing config. change.
  • TRACON TMU will only request gate crossing alt of 170 and speeds of 250kts on STARS to support converging RWYS, Runway Changes and WX.
