The procedure of all JFRD station/facilities following an inspection by a state or federal agency is as follows:

2) Notify the field safety officer or Division Chief of Training and advise of results
3) If a citation is issued, forward to the field safety officer by hand. If unable to hand deliver, contact the District Chief on that same day.
