What act Gives solicitors full rights of audience in higher courts
Courts and legal services act 1990
What principle Created the access scheme which works together with the courts and legal services act 1990. Since, solicitors have full rights of audience in higher courts people don’t need barristers to act as an intermediate.

Shows that solicitors have a duty of care to their clients to provide competent and accurate advice. (Case where there was a claim against a solicitor for giving wrong legal advice which concluded with a financial loss).
