organisms like plants, fungi, animals, and bacteria

The slope of the surface of land where the soil is forming
What is Climate?
The overall weather or climate of where the soil os forming
What is parent material?
The minerals and rocks that are slowly disintengrating to form the soil
Why is soil important?
it helps plants grow, impacts our atmosphere, gives organisms a place to live, cycles nutrients, fliters or cleans water
