problem-solving skills, they are often referring to the ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace. Problem-solving skills are traits that enable you to do that

Professionalism most commonly means the state or practice of doing one’s job with skill, competence, ethics, and courtesy.
Perceptiveness
the standing, practice, or methods of a professional, as distinguished from an amateur.
