The use of the imagination or original ideas especially in the production of artistic work
Communication
The act of transferring information from one place, person or group to another
Adaptability
The quality of being able to adjust to new conditions. To be able to change in order to work better in some situations.
Emotional Intelligence
The capacity to be aware of, control and express one’s emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
Listening
To give attention to someone or something in order to hear him/her/it. To take notice of and act on what someone says, respond to advice or a request.
Patience
To be able to accept or tolerate delays, problems or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.
Flexibility
Willingness to change or compromise. Describes the extent to which a person can cope with changes in circumstances and think about problems and tasks in novel, creative ways.
Teamwork
The combined action of a group of people especially when effective and efficient.
Perserverance
Persistent in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.
Motivation
The general desire or willingness of someone to do something. The reason one has for acting or behaving in a particular way.
Attitude
A settled way of thinking or feeling about something or someone, typically one that is reflected in someone’s behavior.
Initiative
The ability to assess and initiate things independently. The power or opportunity to act or take charge before others do.
Problem-solving
The process of finding solutions to difficult or complex issues.
Professionalism
The competence or skill expected of a professional.
Perceptiveness
Having or showing keenness of insight, understanding, or intuition. The ability to appreciate something of good quality.
Criticism
The expression of disapproval of someone or something based on perceived faults or mistakes.
Self-awareness
Conscious knowledge of one’s own character, feelings, motives and desires.
Resiliance
The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties.
Leadership
The act of leading a group of people or an organization.
Integrity
The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.
Punctuality
The fact or quality of being on time.
Stress-management
To review your attitudes and values, restructure your thinking, set goals, use positive energy. Aiming at controlling one’s level of stress.
Self-confident
Trusting in one’s abilities, qualities and judgement.
Responsible
Having an obligation to do something or having control over or care for someone as part of one’s job or role.
Organized
Having one’s affairs in order so as to deal with them efficiently.
Time-management
The ability to use one’s time effectively or productively, especially at work.
Body language
The process of communicating nonverbally through conscious gestures and movements.
Dependable
Trustworthy and reliable.
Empathetic
Showing an ability to understand and share the feelings of another.
Honest
Free of deceit and untruthfulness..
