Sodas Flashcards
Phosphates
Originally used as a health tonic. Phosphoric acid is used to add tartness to drinks. Unlike citric acid that has a lemon/lime taste. Phos has a blank palate sourness.
What is the history of soda?
Sodium bicarbonate was mixed with water to create bubbles. ( soda ) key to soda is high quality syrup and ice cold water. Our carbonated water is constantly exposed to CO2 and always chilled.
