Postmodernism tends to refer to a cultural, intellectual, or artistic state lacking a clear central hierarchy or organising principle and embodying extreme complexity, contradiction, ambiguity, diversity, and interconnectedness.
What is functionalism?
The functionalist perspective sees society as a complex system whose parts work together to promote solidarity and stability. This approach looks at society through a macro-level orientation and broadly focuses on the social structures that shape society as a whole.
What is feminism?
A collection of movements and ideologies aimed at defining, establishing, and defending equal political, economic, and social rights for women.
