Q

Mass shooting

explanation

A

when looking at the case appear LeBron from a psychological viewpoint many assumptions give me made one could assume that he suffers from mental illness or paranoia in which we guards to the brain that was true then had a history of being bullied and difficulty dealing with his emotions this was supposed displayed an incident and where he punched a coworker after these traits were recognized by psychologist as a dangerous combination of his paranoia increase it became evident that LeBron had a serious fear of his coworkers this year can be considered a major motivation to the brands open the fire in the workplace in retrospect have a red flags became apparent and studying the events prior to the incident as previously mentioned the he had difficulty expressing his aggression after this incident he attended an anger management course in which led to him not meeting his personal goals in regards to managing emotions this personal feeling of Mel and Jasmine is it red flag in this case paranoia let you over 50 visits to the doctors in the year. It became to be assumed that he wanted the attention and support and he did not receive from society it is evident that the Bron did not value his personal feelings for example he did not care about his own time enough to leave the doctors office and said he would wait hours if necessary please disregard for his personal feelings show is at attachment that would be considered concerning for psychologists separation from reality he also wrote in his diary that he was being followed by people from work is completeRed flag his fear of his coworkers me a stand from the relentlessness of bullying Eddie face at work upon investigation the symptoms he has I have post medic stress disorder and psychotic disorder symptoms of PTSD such as with drawl from society the orientation of quality of work irrational anger or fear response I was in constant feeling of being watch where is played he also displayed symptoms of numbing random outburst of rage feeling like being watched and re-experiencing trauma this drama to stand from being bullied for study and from his fear in his coworkers this is why he eventually lead on to kill him

Q

Mass shooting

prevention

A

I think there were many ways people could have prevented this when people were teasing him some kind a step forward instead of for him as well people in the workplace could a step forward in bed more inclusive if they did this he could have noticed they weren’t out to get him as well the doctor could I try to treatment like therapy to help him with his visible unless the show and support him as well people could’ve stepped word offered support for him after his assault and tried to find why he punched a coworker doing this what I bring to service issues in the workplace and they could have tried to resolve it
