A

Society:
Likes a living organism but disraeli feared capitalism is destroying that but separating the country int different parts and nations
Noblesse oblige- land and wealth
Fully employment as a social policy- the best way to help society is to ensure everyone works

Feared the decline of authority and traditional values
Atomistic- rights are absolute side constraints - this includes property rights - positive rights are unnatural- cannot be claimed
Separateness of person and self ownership- liberty disrupts patterns- danger of common goods - ends do not justify the means
