A

violent insurrection in the Massachusetts countryside during 1786 and 1787, Shays’ Rebellion was brought about by a monetary debt crisis at the end of the American Revolutionary War. Although Massachusetts was the focal point of the crisis, other states experienced similar economic hardships

A

The Southern proslavery delegates were afraid that the greater population of white citizens in the North would allow the new national government to either limit or abolish slavery. So that’s why the wanted slaves to be considered part of the population
