Geographic tool
A tool that tells where a place is and what it looks like.
Continent

Hemisphere
Half of the globe when it is divided into either northern and southern halves eastern and western halves.
Equator
On a map or globe,a line that appears halfway between the North Pole and the South Pole.
Border
It is a line that show where a state or a country ends.
Relative location
The location of a place in relation to another place.
Absolute location
The exact
location of a place.
Latitude
Lines that run east and West around a globe.
Prime meridian
The meridian of 0 degrees longitude.
Physical feature
A feature of a land,water,climate,or plant life.
Mountain range
A large chain of mountains.
Valley
It is a low area of land that lies between hills or mountains.
Plateau
Its a landform with steep sides that rise to a flat top.
