e:state can create its own laws as long as it does not violate federal law
Law making process
first house or senate makes a law, then it goes to the president and he can either sign or veto it and majority of veto’s go back to senate where they now need over 2/3 votes to override a veto.
Judicial branch
includes surpreme court and helps in deciding meaning of laws.
legislative branch
makes laws, declare war, consists of 435 H.O.R and 100 senators.
executive branch
consists of president and vice president and cabinit, presidents advisors** and enforces laws.
