What is compliance (3)
A
Compliance is the shallowest type of conformity where the individual publicaly conforms to the attitudes or ehaviours of the majority group whilst privately disagreeing with them. E.g. agreeing with friends hat a film was god whilst secretly not enjoying it. Compliance is associated with seeking group approval and avoiding disapproval. compliance is usually temporary.
