Schemas are mental structures that provides framework and helps in processing information. Prototypes are schemas that are bundled in different categories.

This is how we attribute our own behaviour. Positive outcomes- dispositional and negative outcomes - situational
Actor-observer bias
When both you and the others are present in a situation of attribution. Ngeative outcomes happening to me - situational factors, but negative outcomes for others - dispositional factors
Halo effect
impression formation when people attribute people on the basis of the previous positive or negative characteristics. Necessarily on qualities that has nothing to do with the previous attribution.

changes made to beh because of request from someone else
Conformity
changes in beh inorder to fit in a group norm.
Obedience
change in beh becaus eof direct command from authority figure
