Benchmarking
it’s the process of measuring the performance of a company’s products, services, or processes against those of another business considered to be the best in the industry
Brand Butler
- it transforms their interactions with customers into basically assisting them in their daily lives rather than merely broadcasting the brand to them
Brandjacking
a activity where someone acquires or otherwise assumes the online identity of another entity for the purposes of acquiring that person’s or business’s brand equity.

refers to the place that a brand occupies in the minds of the customers and how it is distinguished from the products of the competitors and different from the concept of brand awareness

a marketing strategy that leverages customer data and, with a foundation in psychology, uses data to create customer segments based on psychological characteristics

the percentage of mentions the particular brand receives in relation to the broader conversation.
