Critical Race Theory
References economic, cultural, ideological, political, and psychological spheres argues that racism is not irregular, but rather the typical way that society conducts itself.
Argues that racism serves the economic interests of the (white) dominant class and not members of racialized groups.

Unpacking Prejudice: Affective Component
how individuals FEEL - the emotions

emotional component makes prejudice resistant to change

may include avoiding contact with certain groups, making offensive jokes, using derogatory names, insults, verbal abuse, physical violence, and hate crimes.
