- justice is an important human concern
- widespread human experience shows that everyone likes to be treated fairly and justly
- there are differing views on what is fair

- injustice within families: fights, bullying, sarcasm
- injustice within wider society: ignoring rights and needs
- injustice between nations: domination, poverty, hunger, greed
- injustices against God: taking advantage of God / for granted

what is original sin
A
- God created a just world, in which original sin destroyed
- human sinfulness is the root cause of all injustices in the world today
- God doesn’t wish people to suffer injustice so he sent Jesus to bring justice to the world

what is original justice / the four harmonies
A
- harmony with God: harmonious / personal relationship with God, obedience
- harmony with themselves: inner peace and personal direction, resist temptation, call on God for strength
- harmony with eachother: peaceful towards others, see the goodness and likeliness of God in others
- harmony with the rest of creation: appreciate creation for its goodness, continue with God in development of creation
