- women not having as many kids and theyre late having them anyway

- in the 70s people left the UK
- mass opportunities, benefit with the labour market
MORE LEISURE TIME
- apparently its gone up but for professional jobs theres now less leisure time

- aging population had more disposable income than working population
- drop in 18 years olds mean mass opportunities from Universities

- 2016 was the first year ever more women were in employment than men
- increased spending power of women
