Part 34 article 306(m) define marginalised
Marginalised as communities that are made politically, economically and socially backward, are unable to enjoy services and facilities because of discrimination and oppression and of geographical remoteness and are in lower status than the human development standards mentioned in federal law, and includes highly marginalized groups on the verge of extinction
Social disparity
Is the situation where certain communities and classes are weakened and some limited classes and communities are elite and prosperous due to unequal distribution and discriminatory allocation of resources. Because of this, people fall behind politically, economically and socially and become victims of marginalisation
