- Check depth (if depth gauges are leaking shut the depth gauge stop valves)
- Check door gaskets and pipe systems
- Check shut med lock pressurization hull stop

Q
Contaminated Atmosphere (IL)
A
- Don BIBS ** tender dons mask first
- Shut primary air shut off valve (ALP-V-3)
- Open secondary air shut off valve (ALP-V-9)
- Preform a hurricane vent as determined by the dive supervisor
6
Q
Fire in Chamber (IL)
A
- Shut BIBS O2 hull stop valve (OLP-V-6)
- Shut BIBS mix gas hull stop valve (MLP-V-4)
- Divers connect BIBS to air QD fitting and don BIBS

8
Q
Contaminated Atmosphere (OL)
A
- Chamber Occupants go on air BIBS
2. Standby for hurricane vent as directed by dive supervisor
9
Q
Loss of Oxygen
A
- Diver removes BIBS mask from patient
- IT checks for proper QD connection
- Check O2 supply low pressure gauge for the proper range of 75-100 psi (OLP-G-1)
- Shut, in use, BIBS O2 supply valve (OLP-V-2 or OLP-V-4)
- Open, standby, BIBS O2 supply valve (OLP-V-2, OLP-V-4)
- Check O2 supply low pressure gauge for proper range of 75-100 psi (OLP-G-1)
- Resume O2 treatment as directed by diving supervisor
- Rack determine the cause of O2 loss
10
Q
Loss of Primary Air
A
- Shut primary air shut off valve (ALP-V-3)
- Open secondary air shut off valve (ALP-V-9)
- Maintain depth with primary pressurization valve (ALP-V-5)
- Rack man investigate the cause
11
Q
Loss of Primary Power
A
- Verify UPS has taken over
2. Secure CO2 scrubber and ECS in the chamber - as needed
12
Q
Loss of Mixed-Gas
A
- IT removes BIBS mask from patient
- IT checks BIBS QD for proper connection
- Check Mixed- Gas Pressure gauge for proper range of 75-100 psi (MLP-G-1)
