A
  • simple rear end MVC, other low energy injury

- neck/back pain but ambulatory

A
  • > 2 years old and non-ambulatory
  • numbness or tingling in extremities
  • pain or decreased movement in neck
  • Axial load injury
  • Altered
  • not cooperative/limited eval

  • Abnormal sensory or motor exam
