GDC Jurisdiction
GDC has exclusive jurisdiction over claims more than 1 dollar but less than 4,5000
GDC has Concurrent JDX with Circuit Court for claims more than 4,500 but not more than 25k (property) and 50k (personal injury)
GDC has jurisdiction in unlawful detainer actions regardless of the amount in controversy but P can choose either court.
IN GDC there are no
Jury Trials
A motion for a new trial in GDC must be filed
1) within 30 days of judgment and
2) There must be a hearing and ruling the motion within 45 days of judgement
Appeals from GDC go the the
