What is the indirect mechanism of immunotherapy?

A

ADCP engulf and digest cells or particles that are coated with antibodies -> recognize and ingest these target cancer cell

ADCC NK cell (cytotoxic immune cell) kill the antibody-coated target cells

CDC means the complement cascade is a result of antibodies bind to the antigen, lead to a membrane attack that cause cell lysis
