For a lateral projection of the skull, what is your Position of Part?

A
  • Adjust the patients head so that the MSP is PARALLEL to the plane of the IR
  • Adjust flexion of patients neck so that the IOML (infraorbitomeatal line) is perpendicular to the front edge of the IR
  • Adjust head to place the IPL (inter-pupillary line) perpendicular to the IR
