What is a pustule?
A pustule is a primary lesion, it is circular, collection of leukocytes, free fluid-filled, size varies. (A vesicle containing pus).
What is a vesicle?
A vesicle is primary lesion, it is circular, free fluid-filled, up to 1 cm.
What is a wheal?
A wheal is a primary lesion, it is firm, edematous , transitory plaque, infiltration of dermis; may last for a few hours.
Describe atrophy.
Atrophy is labeled as a secondary lesion. It is described as skin skin without normal markings.
What is crust?
Crust is a secondary lesion, variously colored masses of exudate from skin. (Dried serum).
What does Denuded mean?
Denuded is considered a secondary lesion. It is the loss of epidermis caused by exposure to urine, feces, bodily fluids, wound exudate or friction.

Erosion is a secondary lesion.
It is superficial, partial loss of epidermis.
What is excoriation?
Excoriation is a secondary lesion which is a linear erosion, destruction by mechanical means.

A fissure is a secondary lesion. It is a crack of split in the skin.
