skill that contains several discrete skills in order to make a more integrated movement - gymnastics

skill that is easily broken into parts - tennis serve
continuous
a skill which is repetitive, no clear beginning or end
high organised skill
skill that is NOT easily broken into parts - football volley
simple skill
skill that required few decisions when being preformed - forward roll/passing a football
complex skill
skill that requires decision making/using lots of information when being preformed - hockey dribble
