How do u provide privacy?
Pull curtain
Stand behind curtain after setting pt on bedpan and giving them tissue
How do you position pt after placing them on bedpan?
Raise head of bed to comfortable level and ensure that they (m or f) are sitting properly on bedpan, or that male pt understands urinal.
First critical element for bedpan and output?
Washes/assists pt to wash and dry hands with soap and water
