What is a pivot joint
A pivot joint is a joint that rotates inside annother bone or ligament that forms a ring arround it. Pivot joints and move up to 360 degrees.
Ball and socket joint is
A joint that allows you to rotate the full 360 degrees
Formed between 2 or more bones where bones can only move along some axis to flex or extended.
